Jonathan and his wife, Katie, have been proud residents of McLean since 2013. Their three kids are active participants in the vibrant MCC community, frequently gracing the stages of Alden Theatre and enjoying the enriching experiences at the Old Firehouse and MCC summer camps.

Jonathan’s dedication to service shines through his involvement in the community, notably as a coach for McLean Little League. With over two decades of public service experience, including managing large federal budgets and navigating complex negotiations, Jonathan brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

At the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Jonathan’s work revolves around safeguarding consumers from financial harm, streamlining processes, and fostering organizational growth. His commitment to responsible financial management is unwavering.

As a board member, Jonathan pledges to prioritize expanding family-focused and sensory-friendly events, actively listening to community needs, fostering collaboration, and ensuring sound financial stewardship.

Meet Misa, the lead dancer of her Jpop team, who grapples with the pressure to meet her father’s expectations while dealing with the aftermath of a breakup. Crash, a Japanese-American rebel, challenges societal norms and struggles with feeling like she doesn’t belong to either culture. Sooyun embodies the clash between cultural heritage and personal passion, facing criticism for embracing Japanese culture within her Korean community.

Through their stories, “Kpop Squad” shines a light on the social tensions and the power of collaboration in breaking down barriers. 🌈
